invisible stop signs..
so.. i know there are probably a hojillian posts out there about how bad toronto drivers are... but i just want to reinterate that they are so getting worse.. people are not even attempting to stop for stop signs anymore.. geez..
anywho.. so yes.. i have not posted in forevers. didn't think anyone was reading.. O_O apparently there are some lurkers.. so i guess an update on life is in order.. .. .... ........ yeeaah, life sucks.. haha.. school is.. o..k.. i guess.. i have 9 hours of class a WEEK.. wtf is up with that.. $4000 for 9 hours of class a week.. that's approximately 256 hours of class for a SEMESTER.. my brother just got back from waterloo.. he has 35 hours of class a week.. wtf... on friday alone, he has 6 hours of class.. that's 2/3 of my WEEK.. in one day! ..so yeah.. i guess it's good i'm not wanting to be an enginner.. lol.. i think i'd go insane with that many hours of class.. le sigh..
on a somewhat lighter note.. went down to the AGO today.. admission is cheaper since they're doing construction and there's barely any art to be found.. had to go down for my renaissance and baroque course.. need to write a paper on a piece.. it's a toss up between the oil painting of a skull and some books (and a pipe and some tobacco).. or a skull watch... the skull watch is sooo cool looking.. i wish they'd make stuff like that still.. the jaw of the skull opens up to reveal the watch.. and there's an inscription on the forehead of the skull in german that says "The time of one's death is uncertain." ...hehe.. the irony.. i love it.. <3
